About
Mental Health @ Work or Mental Health in the Community is a First Responder-type training course which provides you with the tools to be able to recognise a mental health issue in a person and respond appropriately.
Whether it's a friend, colleague or loved one, we will show you how to recognise a number of different conditions in a person and how to signpost them to the best available help. We provide this course free of charge to the general community.
