• We run a wide variety of mental health awareness courses which are evidence-backed and widely recognised. Designed to teach you the skills you need to stay out of crisis and how you can handle it if you find yourself going that way We offer these to the community free of cost to ensure that money is no barrier to you getting the help you need when you need it.

  • QPR is an evidence-based method of identifying when a person might be suicidal and referring them to the correct supports so that they can get help the person is feeling suicidal. CPR is taught to thousands to help us know how to respond to a person at risk of a heart attack... QPR will help you see the signs and know how to respond to a risk of suicide.

    From asking the question, to persuading the person to cling on to life and help them get support and then referring them to that support, QPR enables us to help those at risk of suicide.

  • Wellness Recovery Action Plan (WRAP) is a simple and powerful process for creating the life and wellness you want. With WRAP, you can: 

    • Discover simple, safe, and effective tools to create and maintain wellness
    • Develop a daily plan to stay on track with your life and wellness goals
    • Identify what throws you off track and develop a plan to keep moving forward
    • Gain support and stay in control even when in crisis

    The WRAP process supports you to identify the tools that keep you well and create action plans to put them into practice in your everyday life. All along the way, WRAP helps you incorporate key recovery concepts and wellness tools into your plans and your life.

  • Decider Skills are a set of 32 techniques that you can use to regulate your emotions, help tolerate distress in a healthy way, improve wellbeing through new coping strategies and life skills as well as reducing the likelihood of self-harm and gaining confidence in one's self.

    The skills are particularly useful for teens and their parents who often find difficulty in navigating through the adolescent years. The skills are also effective when utilised by adults to control their emotions when they find themselves in times of emotional distress.

  • Mental Health @ Work or Mental Health in the Community is a First Responder-type training course which provides you with the tools to be able to recognise a mental health issue in a person and respond appropriately.

    Whether it's a friend, colleague or loved one, we will show you how to recognise a number of different conditions in a person and how to signpost them to the best available help. We provide this course free of charge to the general community.
