Decider Skills are a set of 32 techniques that you can use to regulate your emotions, help tolerate distress in a healthy way, improve wellbeing through new coping strategies and life skills as well as reducing the likelihood of self-harm and gaining confidence in one's self.
The skills are particularly useful for teens and their parents who so often find difficulty in navigating these formative years healthily. The skills are also effective when utilised by adults to control their emotions when they find themselves in times of emotional distress.
